The importance of nitrogen in laser cutting

First of all, to operate laser cutting machines must be supplied with electricity and gas. With CO2 laser technology, a mixture of gases (nitrogen, helium and CO2) is injected at the laser source. As mentioned since the beginning of the school year in September, we now represent 3 laser machine brands in France. The objective of this range is to offer equipment adapted to the needs of our customers and to have a 360° vision around the laser. (laser range, deburring machine, nitrogen generator and press brake)

In this range is the Italian brand Warcom. A historical manufacturer that did not yet have a fibre laser machine in France. It is now official, our client, the company EDM-SODUSI has just ordered a W-FIBER 3kW from us.

The company located near Voiron (38) is specialized in the stamping and cutting of all types of metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass...).

It employs nearly 100 people and has trusted partners for the provision of additional services. This machine will be delivered and installed in February 2020. It will be the first Warcom laser cutting machine in France!

A relationship of trust for more than 15 years

This new investment represents a mark of confidence from our client EDM-SODUSI and its president Eric Marciano towards the SERVILASE team. We are proud to announce the sale of a second fiber laser machine EAGLE for the year 2019! We will therefore have at least 5 machines installed in France.

After investing in EAGLE Laser equipment in 2015, the company MCI based in Dompierre-les-Ormes (71) and a specialist in the design of paint lines, renews its confidence in the machines of our brand.

The company is currently in possession of an EAGLE eVision 1530 3kW fiber laser machine and has decided to invest in the new version of this machine!

Indeed, the new version will have additional options compared to the current version. It will be equipped with the new eVa cutting head. This first investment had enabled the company to internalize their production. Today, after more than 4 years, their machine has become a central part of their production. The SME has grown very quickly thanks to a strong growth in recent years!

Of course, like all the other machines of the EAGLE brand, it will be equipped with: a fibre laser source IPGlinear motors on all axes, an ultra-fast table change and a polymer concrete frame.

EAGLE launches a 15kW laser fiber machine at EuroBLECH!

The EuroBLECH trade fair is the largest trade fair in the metal working industry. On this occasion, exhibiting companies present their new machines and technologies. Each year, this Salon has nearly 60 000 visitors from more than 100 countries in the world and is held annually in Hanover , Germany. This year, the show will take place from 23 to 26 october 2018. The new EAGLE iNspire 15kW

On the occasion of the 25th edition of the fair, our EAGLE partner manufacturer of laser cutting machine fiber will launch for the first time a machine equipped with a laser source 15kw ! A feasible innovation thanks to the Eagle eVa cutting head designed by the manufacturer's R&D department. Thanks to such a powerful machine, it is possible to cut 60 millimeters of steel!
